Great staff. Took my kitty to the back and petted her and relaxed her.
Took my 1.5yr old to get her vaccines updated, and eventually get fixed. Well yesterday was her spay and it went very smoothly. After the put my dog under they called and said a baby tooth and asked if I wanted it extracted. I appreciated that they make sure I have a say in all decisions, and they always take the time to answer any and all questions. They are also very affordable. I’m very happy with our experience so far.
Most reasonable prices, & kind, competent staff and doctors. We have mostly seen Dr. Ryan and she is wonderful! Scheduling and getting timely appointments has also been great.
Our dogs are not very social but they are very good with our dogs and our dogs like the stuff.

5 stars all around. They have the best prices, schedule, flexibility and care. Their vets have some specialty training you can't find at other places in Bend and they are fully capable of performing X-rays, surgery, and in house labs. Their labs and X-rays took a matter of minutes for something that even the brand new emergency clinic took an hour+ to do. Last year my dog needed a knee surgery and all vets in town perform the TPLO surgery, which I was quoted up to $12k in town. Dr. Joyce is trained to do the MMP dog knee surgery and this was a fraction of the price with better recovery. They are kind and practical - I appreciate the small vet vibe and that I'm not paying for a bunch of "fluff" and I get logical advice and guidance that fits the pet, outcome potential, budget, and diagnosis. This place is a unicorn of a vet clinic.
Plateau veterinary hospital is perfect for me and my pets. They're so accommodating and friendly and professional. I don't feel robbed when I leave there... they're very reasonable on their pricing.
