Dr. Sam Joyce


Dr. Joyce was born and raised in Idaho. He attended the University of Montana where he earned his bachelor’s degree in biology with a focus in ecology. Prior to pursuing a career in veterinary medicine he worked for the Forest Service, Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks, and the Peregrine Fund. Dr. Joyce graduated from Oregon State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015 with high honors and has been in small animal general practice since. His main interests are in small animal general medicine and surgery. Dr. Joyce enjoys many of the activities that Central Oregon has to offer including skiing, mountain biking, white water canoeing and rafting. He lives with his wife Kelly and daughter Layla, his two labrador mutts, Sofia and Voyager I, and his cat Bananas.
